We loved that we had a full size kitchen, free laundry, and access to a gas grill.

The only thing this hotel was missing was a swimming pool and spa.

We were traveling with a teenager for a soccer tournament. The hotel has a full size kitchen and access to a gas grill. We had all the amenities of home, so we were able to save money by not eating out all the time. In addition, it was great to have the free laundry facility too! Mystery charges to my credit card at check-in.

Without my knowledge, Candlewood Suites charged me a fee of $25 dollars at check-in. I became aware of this charge later on in the day due to my credit card being denied at a gas station which was humiliating for me. In complete confusion because I had just checked my balance earlier. I called my bank to find out the cause, and I was told there was a charge for $25 from Candlewood suites, which also overdrew my account causing an overdraft fee of $25. I asked the front desk, about the charge and he said that it wasn't a charge and that it will be refunded to my account in 3 to 5 business days. I have never been charged an additional charge upon arrival. I am outraged! I would have been better off paying full price at the Marriott. ...read more

I like the spaciousness of the rooms and the cleanliness plus the convenient location.

The decor was a bit dated. . .kitchen cabinets look cheap.

If you want a no frills getaway, this hotel is fine. . .nice big suite, clean as a pin, but no extras. . .no pool, courtyard, just a barbque area. Plenty of dining options close by. It was nice to have free Washers & Dryers.

Small room.

I really liked the ammenities at this hotel. The Free Washer, Dryer and Movie Rentals were a nice surprise. The microwave and Kitchen were very useful! The people were very friendly.
